LiteSpeed Cache (LSCache) is a high-performance caching plugin built specifically for the LiteSpeed Web Server used at HostPro. Here is how to set it up:
- Install the Plugin: Login to your WordPress admin dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New, and search for "LiteSpeed Cache". Install and Activate it.
- Presets: We recommend starting with a Preset. Go to LiteSpeed Cache > Presets and select "Advanced (Recommended)". Click Apply Preset.
- Image Optimization: Go to LiteSpeed Cache > Image Optimization. Click "Gather Image Data" and then "Send Optimization Request". This will compress your images without losing quality.
- Minification: Under Page Optimization > CSS Settings, turn on CSS Minify. Do the same for JS and HTML in their respective tabs.
- CDN: If you use Cloudflare or QUIC.cloud, you can configure it under the CDN tab for even better global performance.
After applying these settings, your website should load significantly faster. You can verify this using tools like PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix.
